It has proven to develope fairly severe psychosis when smoked, very
rapidly and in addition, is extremely addictive and habit forming. But
if it's used with care and bought in small quantities it is very nice.
So I would guess that both forms are the same chemical, at widely
differing purities. I would also hazard a guess that form b may not
entirely consist of a-PVP but may* have intermediates and other such
contaminants altering the effects profile. I would say 9/10 the
lighter/shinier the better/more pure/more reliable. But this is not a
given.
